Interface PsDropHandlerIf

public interface PsDropHandlerIf

Handles drag and drop events from the operating system onto a Component and then calls the drop listener DropListener#filesDropped.

Example:

    Component myComp = new Component();
    PsDropListenerIf myDropListener = new PsDropListener(); // implements PsDropListenerIf
    PsDropHandlerIf myDropHandler   = new PsDropHandler();  // implements PsDropHandlerIf
    myDropHandler.configure(myComp, true, myDropListener);
 

Following a drop event onto the component, the handler calls the listener:

    myDropHandler calls:
    myDropListener.filesDropped(files);

Constructor with the option to recursively set drop targets. If the component is a Container, then each of its children components will also listen for drops.

Parameters:

comp - Component on which files will be dropped.

bRecursive - Recursively set children as drop targets.

dropListener - Listens for filesDropped.

Returns:

true if drag and drop is supported on current platform.
